client: black feather cafe

project: the black feather cafe is located in berea, ky and is the type of place you wish was in your neighborhood...wherever you might be. the coffee is rich, the food is ridiculous, the smiles are welcoming, the music isn't a total bum out and it makes you wonder why everywhere can't be like this...except for the hippies...but whatever. as part of their re-branding, as done by crosshatch, the black feather needed a web presence. i took this opportunity to development another site using drupal. marc at crosshatch designed & art directed this project and i think it turned out to be our best tag-team yet. this was my first time developing content types/roles/permissions within drupal that gives the staff at the black feather the ability to log in and update/edit certain content types. they feel more in control of their content this way and we feel more confident that we're only going to go bigger and better next time! everyone wins.
